Casting Brief

Male, 30s. Any ethnicity, no accent
A relatable, conversational, slightly neurotic voice who sounds like an actual person thinking out loud, not a polished announcer or broad comedy actor
Smart, but increasingly baffled as he tries to make sense of a confusing request
Underplayed and observational. Don't "sell" the jokes. It should feel like we're overhearing someone's brain short-circuit in real time
As the questions pile up, the performance becomes mentally tangled, with an escalating rhythm that never becomes cartoonish
Ultimately, someone who can make an internal monologue feel completely authentic
