Late entries: Submissions received after November 15, 2026 incur a +50% late fee, applied automatically at checkout. Late entries are accepted through December 1, 2026.

A direct link to a hosted MP3 of your show's trailer, straight from your podcast host. Trailers may be featured on the NYC Podcast Awards site.

5 Creator Information

Tell us about yourself or your team.

High-resolution headshot or team photo. Provide a direct, accessible link.

Minimum 1400x1400px recommended. Provide a direct, accessible link.

5.5 Team Members

Add up to 4 team members who worked on this podcast. At least one team member is required.

6 Select Award Categories

You can submit to as many categories as relevant. Each Craft/Content category adds to your total fee. Creator Awards are FREE but require at least one paid entry.

These awards celebrate underrepresented voices. Self-identification is optional. Applying for Creator Awards does NOT cost extra. You must specify which team member each award applies to.

7 Scholarship (Optional)

IMPORTANT: Scholarship decisions announced November 10, 2026. If your scholarship is NOT approved, you must pay the full fee by the November 15, 2026 deadline for your entry to be considered. Entries without payment or scholarship approval will not be judged.

Scholarship entries are limited to a single category. While the scholarship box is checked, you can select one category; deselect it to choose a different one, or uncheck the scholarship option to enter multiple categories at the standard fee.

Entrants can only apply for a scholarship in a single category. If multiple categories are selected, they will be contacted and required to choose one.
